    Using inverter technology, its power factor is very high, and it can reach above 0.93 without reactive power compensation. The harmonic content is also small. Rectification effectively reduces the on-state pressure drop, improves the efficiency of the machine and saves energy. The characteristics of high efficiency and high power factor make it save electricity by 20% compared with ordinary SCR rectifier.
    The technical process is from Korea KooSoo Heavy Electric Co., Ltd, and it is controlled by servo motor with high accuracy.

In order to improve this defect, an asymmetric waveform (different from similar waveforms) output function was added. And can be applied to single and double salt coloring processes.
