The switch tube of the inverter circuit of the transformer is a switch tube with low conduction voltage and low switching loss, and phase-shifting resonance control is adopted to realize soft switching.

    The high-performance MOSFET tube has the advantages of high efficiency, simple structure, small on-state loss, strong current turn-off ability, fast switching speed, small loss and no secondary breakdown.
