High-Frequency Pulse Power Supply GMF/GMS Series by China Suppliers - Ideal for Electroplating and Surface Treatment Factory
Product Feature
GM series have pulse waveform output function, compared with high frequency switching power supply, it can obtain higher density deposit layer in electroplating process.
In the electroplating system where additives are not allowed or a small amount of additives are allowed, a fine, flat and smooth coating can be obtained by high-frequency pulse power supply electroplating.
Fully digital control system equipped with high-precision sensors to ensure the accuracy of current and power.
Advanced digital intelligent management system can monitor the power output in real time.
GM series of power supplies can be widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil, consumer electronics and other industries.
Technical Principle
With the increasing complexity, thickness and path density of PCB board, as well as the decreasing aperture and path width, the traditional DC electroplating becomes more and more unsatisfactory, and it is difficult for DC electroplating technology to provide high-speed electroplating and even electroplating distribution for these products. This is mainly concentrated in the central part of the hole, that is, in the field of low current density, which leads to more copper distribution in the edge part of the hole than in the central part of the hole. The positive and negative pulse power supply regulates the aggregation and distribution of copper ions in high and low current densities through the action of pulses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary applications for the GM series power supplies?
The GM series is widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate manufacturing, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil production, consumer electronics, and other related surface treatment industries.
How does the pulse waveform output benefit the electroplating process?
Compared to traditional high-frequency switching power supplies, the pulse waveform output of the GM series helps obtain a higher density deposit layer, leading to a finer, flatter, and smoother coating even with minimal or no additives.
Why is positive and negative pulse power supply preferred over traditional DC electroplating for complex PCBs?
Traditional DC electroplating struggles with high-density, complex PCBs, often causing uneven copper distribution (more copper at the edges than the center of the holes). Positive and negative pulse power supplies resolve this by using pulses to regulate the aggregation and distribution of copper ions across high and low current densities.
What is the output precision and control capability of the GM series?
The GM series features a fully digital control system equipped with high-precision sensors, ensuring an output precision of ±1%. It also supports advanced digital intelligent management for real-time power output monitoring.
What types of stable voltage waveforms are supported?
The system supports multiple waveforms including DC, multi-section curve control, single pulse, DC superposition pulse, double pulse, as well as positive and negative pulse clusters to meet diverse industrial requirements.
