    Product Feature

    • GM series have pulse waveform output function, compared with high frequency switching power supply, it can obtain higher density deposit layer in electroplating process.
    • In the electroplating system where additives are not allowed or a small amount of additives are allowed, a fine, flat and smooth coating can be obtained by high-frequency pulse power supply electroplating.
    • Fully digital control system equipped with high-precision sensors to ensure the accuracy of current and power.
    • Advanced digital intelligent management system can monitor the power output in real time.
GM series of power supplies can be widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil, consumer electronics and other industries.

    Technical Principle

With the increasing complexity, thickness and path density of PCB board, as well as the decreasing aperture and path width, the traditional DC electroplating becomes more and more unsatisfactory, and it is difficult for DC electroplating technology to provide high-speed electroplating and even electroplating distribution for these products. This is mainly concentrated in the central part of the hole, that is, in the field of low current density, which leads to more copper distribution in the edge part of the hole than in the central part of the hole. The positive and negative pulse power supply regulates the aggregation and distribution of copper ions in high and low current densities through the action of pulses.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q:What industries are the GM series power supplies suitable for?

The GM series power supplies are widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate manufacturing, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil production, and consumer electronics industries.

Q:How does the GM series compare to traditional high-frequency switching power supplies?

Unlike standard high-frequency switching power supplies, the GM series features a pulse waveform output function. This allows for a significantly higher density deposit layer during the electroplating process.

Q:Can I get a smooth coating without using additives?

Yes. In electroplating systems where additives are restricted or allowed only in small quantities, the high-frequency pulse power supply can still deliver a fine, flat, and smooth coating.

Q:How does the GM series ensure electrical output accuracy?

It is built with a fully digital control system and integrated with high-precision sensors, ensuring exceptional accuracy for both current and power alongside real-time monitoring.

Q:Why is pulse power supply preferred over traditional DC electroplating for modern PCBs?

As PCB complexity and path density increase, traditional DC electroplating fails to provide even copper distribution inside high-aspect-ratio holes. The positive and negative pulse action of the GM series regulates copper ion aggregation to ensure uniform distribution between the edges and the center of the holes.

Q:What stable voltage waveforms does this system support?

The GM series supports multiple waveforms including DC, multi-section curve control, single pulse, DC superposition pulse, double pulse, as well as positive and negative pulse clusters.
