High Frequency Pulse Power Supply GMF/GMS Series for Surface Treatment – China Suppliers & Factory Solutions
Product Feature
- GM series have pulse waveform output function, compared with high frequency switching power supply, it can obtain higher density deposit layer in electroplating process.
- In the electroplating system where additives are not allowed or a small amount of additives are allowed, a fine, flat and smooth coating can be obtained by high-frequency pulse power supply electroplating.
- Fully digital control system equipped with high-precision sensors to ensure the accuracy of current and power.
- Advanced digital intelligent management system can monitor the power output in real time.
GM series of power supplies can be widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil, consumer electronics and other industries.
Technical Principle
With the increasing complexity, thickness and path density of PCB board, as well as the decreasing aperture and path width, the traditional DC electroplating becomes more and more unsatisfactory, and it is difficult for DC electroplating technology to provide high-speed electroplating and even electroplating distribution for these products. This is mainly concentrated in the central part of the hole, that is, in the field of low current density, which leads to more copper distribution in the edge part of the hole than in the central part of the hole. The positive and negative pulse power supply regulates the aggregation and distribution of copper ions in high and low current densities through the action of pulses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary applications of the GM series power supplies?
The GM series of power supplies is widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate manufacturing, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil production, consumer electronics, and other related industries.
How does the GM series improve the electroplating deposit layer?
Compared to traditional high-frequency switching power supplies, the GM series features a pulse waveform output function, which enables the formation of a higher density deposit layer during the electroplating process.
Can I obtain a smooth coating without using additives?
Yes. In electroplating systems where additives are restricted or only permitted in small amounts, the high-frequency pulse power supply of the GM series helps secure a fine, flat, and smooth coating.
How does the GM series ensure output accuracy and monitoring?
The system is equipped with a fully digital control system and high-precision sensors to ensure exact current and power delivery. Additionally, an advanced digital intelligent management system monitors the power output in real time.
What technical advantage does pulse power supply offer for complex PCBs?
Unlike traditional DC electroplating which often leads to uneven copper distribution (more on the edges than the center of holes), the positive and negative pulse power supply regulates copper ion aggregation and distribution in both high and low current densities through targeted pulse actions.
What stable voltage waveforms does the GM series support?
It supports a variety of waveforms including DC, multi-section curve control, single pulse, DC superposition pulse, double pulse, as well as positive and negative pulse clusters.
