High Frequency Pulse Power Supply GMF/GMS Series - Top China Suppliers & Factory for Surface Treatment Solutions
Product Feature
GM series have pulse waveform output function, compared with high frequency switching power supply, it can obtain higher density deposit layer in electroplating process.
In the electroplating system where additives are not allowed or a small amount of additives are allowed, a fine, flat and smooth coating can be obtained by high-frequency pulse power supply electroplating.
Fully digital control system equipped with high-precision sensors to ensure the accuracy of current and power.
Advanced digital intelligent management system can monitor the power output in real time.
GM series of power supplies can be widely used in hardware electroplating, automobile plate, bathroom treatment, industrial equipment, aluminum foil, consumer electronics and other industries.
Technical Principle
With the increasing complexity, thickness and path density of PCB board, as well as the decreasing aperture and path width, the traditional DC electroplating becomes more and more unsatisfactory, and it is difficult for DC electroplating technology to provide high-speed electroplating and even electroplating distribution for these products. This is mainly concentrated in the central part of the hole, that is, in the field of low current density, which leads to more copper distribution in the edge part of the hole than in the central part of the hole. The positive and negative pulse power supply regulates the aggregation and distribution of copper ions in high and low current densities through the action of pulses.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main advantages of GM series pulse power supplies?
The GM series provides higher density deposit layers and finer, smoother coatings compared to traditional high-frequency switching power supplies, especially in systems with limited additives.
Why is pulse electroplating preferred over DC for modern PCB manufacturing?
As PCBs become more complex with smaller apertures, DC electroplating fails to provide even distribution. Pulse power supplies better regulate copper ion distribution in both high and low current density areas, such as the center of holes.
What industries can benefit from the GM series power supply?
It is widely used in hardware electroplating, automotive plates, bathroom fixtures, industrial equipment, aluminum foil production, and consumer electronics.
How accurate is the power output of these units?
The GM series features a fully digital control system and high-precision sensors, ensuring an output precision of ±1%.
What types of output waveforms are supported?
It supports a wide range of waveforms including DC, multi-section curves, single pulse, DC superposition pulse, double pulse, and positive/negative pulse clusters.
