The main transformer can ensure that the whole machine runs at full load for 24 hours continuously and has 10% overload capacity. The transformer is painted in vacuum twice. The efficiency of transformer single piece test is not less than 96%.
The output current is continuously adjustable from 10% to 100% the rated current, and the steady current accuracy is ±1% the setting current. Constant voltage control: the output voltage can be continuously adjusted from 10% to 100% the rated voltage, and the voltage stabilization accuracy is ≤1%.
Soft start function from 0 to 10 seconds can prevent instantaneous impact and can be started and stopped with load.
The output of rectifier is controlled by constant current, which makes the output current change in single digits. It has a switch for close-control and remote control, which can adjust the current and voltage on the local machine and the remote control box respectively.
The equipment is equipped with a digital communication interface utilizing the PROFIBUS-DP communication protocol.
The rectifier protection features include overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, overtemperature protection, and cooling water pressure protection.
